These Terms & Conditions govern your use of albahrproductions.online and any services provided by Al Bahr Productions. By using our site or engaging our services you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide audio production, video production, music production, event management and a multilingual voice archive. Specific deliverables, timelines and fees are defined in a written quotation or agreement for each project.
2. Bookings & payments
- A confirmed booking may require an advance deposit, as stated in your quotation.
- Final deliverables are released after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. GST) unless stated otherwise.
3. Cancellations & rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms (including any non-refundable deposit) are specified per project. Event and shoot dates cancelled at short notice may incur charges to cover committed resources.
4. Intellectual property
Ownership and licensing of final work is set out in your project agreement. Until full payment is received, all rights remain with Al Bahr Productions. We may display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, materials and approvals on time.
- Secure any permissions, licenses or consents for locations, talent and third-party content you supply.
6. Voice Archive contributions
Audio contributed to our voice archive is provided voluntarily and may be used for cultural, media, research or AI-training purposes as agreed at the time of recording.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Jammu & Kashmir.
